Shipping

How long will it take to get my order?

***PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID19, USPS is experiencing delays. Do not order if you know you cannot wait. Some items are available as local pick up.***

For handcrafted pieces there is a 1-3 week processing period before shipping out. Please be sure to note if it is a special delivery. You will be able to see if a product has a wait time by looking at our product description for our handcrafted pieces.

For other orders there is a standard 7-10 day waiting period.

Why is the processing period so long?

All items noted as hand crafted are handmade per order request, no one piece is alike.

Curbside Pick Up

Do you offer curbside pick up?

Yes! You will know if your order is eligible for pick up at CHECKOUT. There will be a "Pick Up" option at checkout. 

Where will I  be picking up?

We are located in Boyle Heights, Los Angeles.

After I have emailed you for an appointment, you will be sent a map with parking information.

Please arrive on time. There will be a 15 minute window from the time your pick up appointment is scheduled. There is no guarantee I will be there after the 15 minute mark. A new appointment will be scheduled. No refunds. 

What is the process?

1. After you placed your pick up order, please wait for an email from me. I will ask you for a day/time that works best for you. 

Current hours are Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm and Sunday 5pm-7pm. These times can change, but I will let you know when I send you an email. 

2.  Once your time and day has been confirmed, I will mark your order as "ready for pick up". An email will be sent with the phone number you can reach me at. I will also send you a map with the location. 

3.  When you arrive (mask on), reach me via the phone number that was sent in the email and provide your order number.  Please arrive on time. There will be a 15 minute waiting period. There is no guarantee that I will be in there after your appointment as I do have errands to run. A new appointment will need to be set. There is no late fee, however there are no refunds. 

What do I do if I'm running late?

If you are running late, please reach out to me via the phone number sent to you in your "Ready for Pick Up" email. There is a 15 minute window.

There is no guarantee I will still be in the studio after your allotted time. 

If I am no longer there, a new appointment will need to be scheduled. There are no late fees. However, there are no refunds.
